Every chart and stat card below is free to embed in your article, newsletter, or classroom material under a CC BY 4.0 license — just keep the attribution link in the snippet. The numbers come from our analysis of USDA Local Food Portal data, the same source behind our farmers market statistics and the documented methodology.
How it works
- Copy the HTML snippet for the chart or state card you want.
- Paste it into your CMS or page — the image loads from our servers, so it stays current when we refresh the data.
- Keep the "Data: Harvestly Markets" attribution link. That's the entire license requirement.
National: farmers markets per capita
Our per-capita choropleth — markets per 100,000 residents by state (USDA counts, Census 2023 population). The small, market-dense states lead, not the big-population ones.
Per-state stat cards
One branded card per state: market count, national rank, SNAP/EBT and organic shares — the headline numbers from that state's statistics report.
Every state's statistics report carries its own ready-to-copy snippet in an "Embed this data" box:
